For marketplaces

Collect, hold and pay out, with an audit trail per order.

Buyers pay an order IBAN, funds split by rule, the seller's share is held until delivery, and payouts go out in bulk. Every movement is a ledger entry your bank and your auditors can follow.

Available to verified businesses only.

Example flowSample data
  1. Buyer pays the order IBANA one-time IBAN is created per order via Checkout. The buyer transfers the exact amount.
  2. SplitYour split rule routes the platform fee to your revenue wallet and the net to the seller's wallet.
  3. Held until deliveryThe seller's share sits in a hold until you release it, in full or in part.
  4. Seller payoutReleased funds are paid out by SEPA, Faster Payments or BLINC to the seller's verified account.
The job to be done

What breaks today

  • Funds flows across buyers, sellers and fees are hard to track and harder to explain to a bank.
  • Paying sellers from a single pooled account leaves no audit trail per order.
  • Chargebacks and refunds on cards eat margin on high-value orders.

FAQ

Common questions

Who holds the funds?

Funds sit in segregated accounts with our regulated banking partner. The ledger attributes every unit to a wallet, a hold or your revenue account.

Can sellers see their own balance?

Yes. Seller wallets expose balance and history through the API, and monthly statements are generated per seller.

What happens on a refund?

Refunds debit the relevant wallet. If a seller wallet goes negative, configurable floors decide whether to block, net against future sales or invoice.
