The job to be done

What breaks today

  • Third-party funding breaches licence conditions and triggers recalls.

FAQ

Common questions

Which licences do you accept?

Operators licensed by a recognised authority in the EEA, the UK, Canada (including provincial regulators) or Switzerland. The licence is verified during onboarding and monitored for renewal.

Are consumer end users supported here?

Yes, within approved gaming programmes. The operator remains the contracting client and account holder of record, and every player passes the operator's KYC before a deposit IBAN is created.

What happens with a third-party deposit?

It is returned to the sender and a credit.returned event fires with the reason third_party_funds. The player is never credited.
