How the Services are provided
NEO FINTECH LTD provides the NEO Collect technology platform: virtual account issuance, sub-ledger, screening, treasury tooling, console and API. Payment accounts, the holding and safeguarding of client funds, and the execution of payment transactions are provided by our regulated banking partner, an authorised electronic money institution, under its own authorisations and terms. NEO FINTECH LTD acts as the banking partner's technology and distribution partner and does not itself hold client funds.
Safeguarding of funds
Funds received into virtual accounts are held in pooled, segregated safeguarding accounts at the banking partner, separate from the operating funds of NEO FINTECH LTD and of the banking partner. The NEO sub-ledger records the amount attributable to each virtual account at all times and is reconciled to the banking partner's records daily. Funds held in safeguarding accounts are not deposits and are not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme; they are protected under the safeguarding rules applicable to the banking partner.
Scope of the Services
- NEO Collect is available to verified businesses only and is not offered to consumers.
- Gaming-related services are available only to operators holding a valid gaming licence from a recognised authority.
- Stablecoin conversion services are available only to eligible clients after enhanced due diligence and are subject to additional terms.
- The Services are not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
Anti-money laundering
NEO FINTECH LTD maintains an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing programme overseen by a Money Laundering Reporting Officer who reports to the board, with policies covering customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud, record keeping and reporting. The programme is subject to annual independent review. Details are available to clients and banking partners through our compliance pack.
