Make every incoming payment self-identifying.

Bank transfers are the cheapest and most reliable way to move money between businesses, and the hardest to reconcile. Payment references get lost, suspense accounts fill up, and finance teams spend their days matching lines on a statement. We think the fix is structural: give every payer their own account number, and the payment identifies itself.

NEO Collect does that with virtual IBANs on pooled, segregated accounts, a sub-ledger that never disagrees with the bank, and a screening layer that refuses money that should not be accepted. We sell to platforms, not to consumers, and we design every feature for two readers at once: the product lead who wants to ship and the compliance officer who needs to know it is safe.

What we do

• Issue dedicated EUR and GBP virtual IBANs to verified businesses and the businesses they serve.
• Attribute, screen and settle every inbound credit, and confirm it with a signed webhook.
• Hold, split and pay out funds for marketplaces, with an audit trail per order.
• Sweep, convert and settle balances, including 24/7 settlement over the BLINC network.
• Run the compliance programme that makes all of the above acceptable to banks.

Where we operate

We serve clients incorporated in Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Accounts are available in EUR and GBP. Other jurisdictions are considered on request after enhanced due diligence.

How we work

We are a small, senior team of payments engineers and compliance professionals. We do not have a sales floor. The people you speak to during onboarding are the people who run the platform.
