The problem

Multi-party money is hard to track and harder to explain.

  • Funds flowing across buyers, sellers and platform fees are hard to track in one ledger.
  • Banks ask for a clear explanation of who owns what, and most platforms cannot give one.
  • Manual payout runs are slow, error-prone and expensive to reconcile.
How it works

Four steps, no manual matching.

Onboard a seller

The seller passes KYB and a wallet is created with its own IBAN.

Buyer pays

The buyer pays the order IBAN (via Checkout) or the seller's IBAN.

Split

The split rule runs: platform fee to your revenue wallet, net to the seller's wallet, held or available.

Release and pay out

Release on delivery; payouts go out by SEPA, Faster Payments or BLINC.

Features

Everything you need, nothing you have to build.

Seller wallets

Balance, history and IBAN per seller.

Split rules

Percentage, fixed or tiered fees; multiple recipients per payment.

Escrow

Hold funds per order with release, partial release and reverse.

Scheduled payouts

Daily, weekly or on-demand, with a minimum payout threshold.

Bulk payouts

Up to 5,000 payouts per batch via API or CSV upload.

Payout beneficiaries

Verified beneficiary accounts per seller; name check before first payout.

Negative balance handling

Refunds and returns debit the seller wallet with configurable floors.

Seller statements

Monthly statements per seller for their own accounting.

Developers

Create a hold on a wallet

Idempotent POST, synchronous response, signed webhook. Full details in the API reference.

Compliance note

Every seller passes KYB before a wallet exists. Inbound credits to seller or order IBANs pass through Shield, and payouts only go to verified, name-checked beneficiaries.

FAQ

Questions we get about Marketplace.

Who is the account holder, me or my seller?

The platform is the contracting client and the wallets are platform-held sub-accounts. Each wallet carries the seller's verified name so payers see the right beneficiary and statements are clean for the seller.

Can I hold funds indefinitely?

Holds have a maximum duration of 90 days. Longer holds require a documented business reason and approval from our compliance team.

Do sellers need to be verified?

Yes. Every seller passes KYB before a wallet is created.

Can payouts go to non-EU/UK accounts?

Payouts are available in EUR to SEPA accounts and in GBP to UK accounts. Additional corridors are available to Institutional clients on request.
